Free Coin Counting Service. Direct Federal now offers a free coin counting service at our main branch in Needham. Just bring in your loose change and deposit it into our coin counter machine.

It’s as easy as 1-2-3!

1. Deposit your loose coins into the machine
2. The coin counter machine will quickly tally your coin amount
3. Print your receipt and bring it to a teller to receive your money

As a Direct Federal member, there is no charge to use this service. You can have your children bring in their change too. Take advantage of this free member benefit today!

For non members there is a 25% service charge.
