Direct Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

The Direct Rewards Program (the “Program”) rewards you for using your Direct Rewards Platinum Visa card for purchases.

Every dollar in qualifying purchase advances and net of returns that you charge to your Direct Rewards Platinum Visa earns you 1 Point (“Point”) under the Program.  No Points are earned for cash advances, finance charges, insurance premiums or other charges posted to your Account.  Any questions as to what constitutes a qualifying purchase advance shall be resolved at our sole discretion. 

The Program applies to purchases posted to your Account on or after May 1, 2007.  Points are deemed earned on the last day of a billing cycle for net purchases made during that billing cycle. Points are not earned in any month that your payment is late. Points balances may be reduced for returns or credits reflected in subsequent billing cycles.
 
Each Point has a cash value of $.01.  Annually, beginning November 2007, we will mail you a Direct Rewards check for the cash value of your Points at the end of the billing cycle in which your birthday occurs.  (If this is a joint account, we will use the birthday of the first person listed on the account).  We will redeem your Points for cash only if you have accrued at least 5,000 Points and your Account is in good standing at the time of redemption.  

The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.  We reserve the right to terminate or modify the Program at any time, without notice.  If we terminate the Program, accrued Points may be redeemed or forfeited, at our sole discretion.
