MEMBER SERVICE CENTER: CONNECT TO A REAL PERSON IN THREE RINGS

To open an account, apply for a loan or ask a question about an existing account, simply call
781.455.6500. A friendly, knowledgeable associate will personally answer your call within
three rings (our service pledge to you!). Member Service Center hours are:

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturdays, 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.

Access your account information twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week with our free
telephone banking service. Simply call 781.455.9924 or 800.800.2424, enter your account
number and personal identification number (PIN) and you’ll be able to:

  • Check your account balances
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Make loan payments
  • Request a withdrawal by check
  • Check the status of deposits, withdrawals and checks
