Direct Federal is a community-chartered credit union and at the core of our institution is our commitment to serve all members of the community. We have created three programs, DirectGiving, Membership Means More, and Direct@Work that allow us to develop long-term relationships with members of our community, organizations, and employers throughout Norfolk and Middlesex County.

DirectGiving

Our DirectGiving program demonstrates our commitment to making a positive difference in the communities we serve by integrating our community engagement efforts into our every day business. Membership Means More

Membership Means More focuses on developing long-term relationships to help all members of our community gain financial education, establish savings goals and build credit. This program includes our free checking account and a variety of SmartStart loans, to members of the community who may not qualify for traditional checking account or loan products. Direct@Work

Direct Federal partners employers through Norfolk and Middlesex Counties to provide their employees a free bank-at-work program. Employees of these partner organizations will receive access to a free financial wellness program, employee rewards program, and personalized one-on-one service.
