Loan servicing associate

The Loan Servicing Associate is responsible for processing retail and indirect auto loans.  This includes maintaining all auto loan records and ensuring titles are recorded and released according to policies, processing all first mortgage and home equity lines, packaging all mortgage files in accordance with Freddie Mac requirements, and supporting Visa product.

Loan Servicing Associate Qualifications:

  • Two years loan servicing experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • High school diploma

Loan Servicing Associate Responsibilities:

  • Disburse all auto loans and indirect auto loans
  • Manage all indirect loan packages ensuring accuracy of documentation
  • Set up all loan packages and input information in Summit system
  • Prepare and deliver required loan documentation to members
  • Support Visa product by completing daily settlement, setting up new accounts, processing adjustments

Data analyst

The role of the Data Analyst is instrumental in helping us achieve our strategic Growth and Service goals by providing us a 360 view of our member relationships.  The Data Analyst will acquire data from primary or secondary data sources, maintain databases / data systems, interpret and analyze data, and provide ongoing reports.  This individual will develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in an IT or data analytics environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Experience with a core financial services or strong understanding of databases and reporting systems
  • Strong analytical skills

Senior Underwriter

Our energetic lending department is seeking a full-time experienced underwriter.  The Senior Underwriter is responsible for ensuring a timely and thorough review of application requests for first mortgage, indirect, consumer, HELOC and commercial loans, consistent with Direct’s credit guidelines.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business with a minimum of five years underwriting experience.  Experience in commercial lending preferred but not required.  Must possess excellent communication, customer service, analytical and decision making skills.  Registration as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) will be required.

MEMBER SERVICES ASSOCIATE

The Member Services Associate answers inquiries from potential members interested in Direct’s products and services and current members who have questions regarding their accounts. This includes resolving member problems regarding their checking, savings, ATM/debit cards and Visa accounts. You will also process loan applications accurately and efficiently. In this role you will review members’ existing account relations and cross-sell needed products and services that provide long term solutions for members. The Call Center Member Service Associate must have a positive attitude and thrive on delivering remarkable service.

Qualifications for the position include a minimum of two years customer service and/or sales experience, excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, strong organizational and problem solving skills. Maintaining a high level of knowledge about Direct’s products, services and procedures is required. The Call Center Member Services Associate will be required to register as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
