We’re excited to share that the PRA Board has been working on simplifying the way Direct Federal members can pay their dues.

This will make transferring funds easier and more convenient than ever – for example, you can pay your annual dues with just a few mouse clicks.

Please begin the process by completing the form below, which grants Direct permission to link the PRA account for easy transfers within digital banking.

‍Submit Permission Form

Once the PRA has been linked to your digital banking account you can easily make transfers from your personal Direct Federal Credit Union accounts to the PRA. Below is a step by step guide to paying your dues:

1. Click on Transfers & Pay on the menu bar followed by clicking on Transfers & Loan Payments.

2. Select the account you’d like payment to come out

3. Select the PRA from the “to account” account drop down menu

4. Scroll down to the memo section and include the following information:

DUES, amount, name, address, additional info

Ex: Dues $20, John Smith, 123 Main St. Boston, MA 02134

5. Click on “review transfer”

6. Click on “submit transfer”

And then you’re done!
