Callahan & Associates Lists Direct Federal Credit Union as Top Performer in Massachusetts. 10/15/2018

Direct Federal Credit Union has been listed as the top performing credit union in Massachusetts in Return to the Member (ROM).

ROM is a comprehensive metric designed by Callahan & Associates that assesses deposits and loan rates, and product usage to quantify member value and assign a score to every credit union in the United States. Direct Federal placed first in Massachusetts.

Direct Federal is one of the fastest growing credit unions in Massachusetts, growing at a rate of 14% from June 30, 2017 to June 30, 2018. In less than four years, Direct Federal Credit Union has grown 58% without the influence of an acquisition. Direct Federal has over 30,000 members.
