“Chris is a terrific addition to the Direct team. He has a proven record of fostering long-term business relations with local businesses in and around Needham, Massachusetts. We see significant growth potential with our new business banking program, and we look forward to Chris’s leadership and execution in helping to grow this new part of our business,” said Joe Walsh, President and CEO of Direct Federal.

“Direct Federal is a progressive, ambitious organization and I am excited to lead the credit union’s charge to serve its local business neighbors with the same high level of satisfaction it has its retail members for many years. I have spent years creating relationships in the local community and I look forward to being a continued trusted resource for the business community. I am thrilled to introduce area businesses to Direct Federal and bring forth unique and personalized business banking solutions.”
